摘　　要：中医学理论来源于中国传统文化,中和思想是中国传统文化的重要组成部分,而治神是针刺治疗的核心。追本溯源,针刺治神当"和"之。即在治疗的过程中应把握好中和之道,注意气血、阴阳、情志等之间的平衡与协调。文章从阴阳和、气血和、情志和、医患和4个方面对针刺治神当"和"之这一观点进行论述,以期为针刺治疗提供新的思路。Traditional Chinese medicine theory is rooted in Chinese traditional culture.Neutralization thought is an important part of Chinese traditional culture.Controlling spirit is the key point of acupuncture treatment.Tracing back to the origin,acupuncture for the treatment of controlling spirit should be’in harmony’.That is,in the process of treatment,we should grasp the way of neutralization.Paying attention to the balance and coordinate between the emotions,qi-blood ang yin-yang.The viewpoint of controlling spirit was discussed from four aspects:yin-yang harmony,qi-blood harmony,emotion harmony,doctorpatient harmony.In order to provide new ideas for acupuncture treatment.
