脊柱微调手法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察脊柱微调手法干预颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将368例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为传统手法组(180例)和脊柱微调组(188例),通过疼痛量表(VAS)、颈椎功能障碍量表(NDI)、生活质量量表(SF-36)对两组进行临床评价。结果:治疗后,两组VAS评分及NDI评分均有所下降,PCS及MCS评分均有所提高,脊柱微调组均优于传统手法组(P<0.05)。结论:脊柱微调推拿手法对于颈型颈椎病在疼痛改善、提高颈椎功能活动、改善身心健康等方面疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of spinal fine-tuning manipulation on cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of 368 patients with cervical spondylosis of cervical type were randomly divided into traditional manipulation group(180 cases)and spinal fine-tuning group(188 cases).The two groups were clinically evaluated by pain scale(VAS),cervical spine dysfunction scale(NDI),and quality of life scale(SF-36).Results:After treatment,the VAS score and NDI score of the two groups decreased,and the PCS and MCS scores increased.The spine fine-tuning group was better than the traditional manipulation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The spinal fine-tuning massage technique is effective in improving pain,cervical spine function and physical and mental health in cervical spondylosis.
