补肾调经方对重复控制性卵巢刺激患者临床妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾调经方对重复控制性卵巢刺激(COS)患者临床妊娠结局的影响。方法:将60例因输卵管因素或男方因素符合纳排标准的接受IVF-ET治疗的肾虚不孕症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组(补肾调经方+重复COS)30例、对照组(重复COS)30例,治疗组在进入下一个IVF-ET周期前口服3个月经周期补肾调经方,每日1剂;对照组采用标准方案治疗不加用中药。观察两组患者基本情况、HCG日激素水平及子宫内膜厚度、促性腺激素(Gn)用药情况、获卵数、受精率、优质胚胎率及临床妊娠率等,做相关分析。结果:治疗组雌二醇(E_(2))水平、子宫内膜厚度、获卵数、优质胚胎率及临床妊娠率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗过程中,补肾调经方可以有效改善患者子宫内膜,提高优质胚胎率和临床妊娠率,改善临床妊娠结局。Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Tiaojing Formula on clinical pregnancy outcome of patients with repeated controlled ovarian stimulation(COS).Methods:Sixty patients with kidney deficiency infertility who were treated with IVF-ET who met the criteria of intake due to fallopian tube factors or male factors were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.There were 30 cases in the treatment group(Bushen Tiaojing Formula+Repeat COS)and 30 cases in the control group(Repeat COS).Before entering the next IVF-ET cycle,the treatment group was orally administered the Bushen Tiaojing Formula for three months,one dose per day;the control group was treated with standard treatment without Chinese medicine.Observe the basic conditions of the two groups of patients,hCG daily hormone levels and endometrial thickness,gonadotropin(Gn)medication,number of eggs obtained,fertilization rate,high-quality embryo rate and clinical pregnancy rate,etc.,and make relevant analysis.Results:The level of estradiol(E_(2)),endometrial thickness,the number of eggs obtained,the high-quality embryo rate and the clinical pregnancy rate in the treatment group were statistically higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment process,Bushen Tiaojing Formula can effectively improve the endometrium in patients,increase the rate of high-quality embryo and clinical pregnancy rate,improve clinical pregnancy outcome.
