摘 要:针对宝钢高炉所用的两种块矿——N块矿和F块矿,进行了包括热爆裂、低温还原粉化、还原性以及熔滴性能在内的一系列冶金性能试验研究,结果表明:N块矿的热爆裂性能要好于F块矿;当N块矿与F块矿的配比分别占到35%时,炉料的粉化RDI指数最好;当F块矿和N块矿分别与烧结矿混合后,炉料还原性能得到提升;在软熔性能试验中,当N块矿与烧结矿混合后其配比占到40%时,作为炉料透气性指数的特征值面积(S)最小,当F块矿与烧结矿混合后,相比单独F块矿而言,混合后的熔滴性能明显得到提升,并且F块矿的配比不宜超过15%。After carried out a series of experimental studies on the metallurgical properties of N-lump ore and F-lump ore used in Baosteel’s blast furnace,including thermal cracking,low-temperature reduction pulverization,reducibility and droplet properties.The results show that the thermal burst property of N lump ore is better than that of F lump ore;when the ratio of N block ore and F lump ore accounts for 35%,the pulverization RDI index of the charge is the best;when F and N lump ore are mixed with sinter respectively,the reduction performance of the charge is improved;in the softening melting performance experiment,when the proportion of N block ore and sinter is 40%,it can be used as furnace charge.The characteristic value S of gas index is the smallest.When F lump ore is mixed with sinter,its droplet performance is obviously improved compared with that of single F ore.The proportion of F lump ore should not exceed 15%.
