摘 要:为获得花岗岩机制砂的适宜石粉含量范围,依托某高速公路项目,研究机制砂的石粉含量(5%、7%、10%、14%)对不同强度等级混凝土(C20~C50)的工作性能、强度和抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。结果表明,机制砂石粉含量对混凝土的性能影响规律与混凝土强度等级有关。当石粉含量在5%~7%时,石粉含量的增加对混凝土的工作性能影响不明显,在7%~14%的石粉含量范围内,随石粉含量增加,混凝土达到相同工作性所需要的减水剂用量增多;随着石粉含量的增加,C20、C25、C30混凝土的抗压强度和抗氯离子渗透性随之增大,而C40、C50混凝土的抗压强度和抗氯离子渗透性则呈现先增大后减小的趋势,且在石粉含量为10%时最佳。In order to obtain the suitable range of stone powder content in granite manufactured sand,the influence of stone powder content(5%,7%,10%,14%)on the workability,strength and resistance to chloride penetration of concrete with different strength grades(C20~C50)was studied based on.The results show that the influence of stone powder contentin manufactured sand on the performance of concrete is related to the strength grade of concrete.When the content of stone powder changes in the range of 5%~7%,the increase of stone powder content has no obvious effect on the working performance of concrete.In the range of 7%~14%,with the increase of stone powder content,the amount of water reducing agent required for concrete to achieve the same workability increases.With the increase of stone powder content,the compressive strength and resistance to chloride penetration of C20,C25 and C30 concrete increase,while the compressive strength and resistance to chloride penetration of C40 and C50 concrete increase at first and then decrease,and it is optimal when the content of stone powder is 10%.
