摘　　要：目的综合评估家庭医生签约服务改革社会稳定风险,为防范化解改革引发的社会稳定风险提供参考依据。方法采用文献研究、专家讨论等方法,识别家庭医生签约服务改革社会稳定风险因素,并根据评判标准进行社会稳定风险分析和社会稳定风险等级评判。结果家庭医生签约服务改革共存在2个较大风险因素,27个一般风险因素,18个较小风险因素。结论应对较大风险因素采取风险处置措施,并完善家庭医生签约服务改革政策措施,降低家庭医生签约服务改革社会稳定风险。Objective To comprehensively evaluate the risks of social stability in the reform of contracted family doctor services,and to provide reference for preventing and resolving the social stability risks caused by the reform.Methods By using the methods of literature review and expert forum,this paper identified the risk factors of social stability in the reform of contracted family doctor services,and carried out social stability risk analysis and social stability risk grading evaluation according to the evaluation criteria.Results There were two major risk factors,27 general risk factors and 18 minor risk factors in the reform of contracted family doctor services.Conclusions In order to reduce the social stability risks,we should take risk disposal measures for handling major risk factors and improve policies of the reform.
