体验经济背景下天津历史街区文化旅游资源开发研究

摘　　要：历史文化街区见证了城市的历史变迁和发展轨迹,是城市的重要组成部分。随着体验经济时代到来以及文旅市场的持续升温,越来越多的人对文化遗产旅游表现出了浓厚的兴趣。天津历史文化街区作为集历史建筑、名人故居、工商贸易、红色文化、近代教育等于一体的综合性城市文化旅游资源,其内涵较为丰富,具有较高的历史价值和旅游价值。文章以体验经济相关理论为依托,运用SWOT分析法,分析天津历史街区文化旅游资源的优势、劣势、机遇及挑战,在此基础上有针对性地提出历史文化街区体验旅游开发的对策与建议,进而提升天津文化旅游知名度。The historical and cultural blocks witness the historical changes and development of the city and are an important part of the city.With the rise of experience economy and the heating up of the cultural tourism market,more and more people have shown a strong interest in cultural heritage tourism.The historical and cultural blocks in Tianjin are important cultural and tourist resources that serve the architectural,residential,trading,revolutionary culture and modern education purposes.Supported by the theories on experience economy,this paper analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats with the development of the cultural and tourist resources in the historical blocks of Tianjin.Suggestions are proposed to foster the experience economy in these blocks,aiming to enhance the reputation of the culture and tourism in Tianjin.
