个体化教育对初产妇分娩应对能力及分娩结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨个体化健康教育在初产妇分娩患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月-2018年12月产科收治的初产妇98例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组给予产科常规护理,观察组在对照组实施个体化健康教育,比较2组分娩应对能力、分娩知识知晓率,分娩方式及应用药物镇痛、会阴侧切的情况。结果干预后,观察组分娩应对能力评分、分娩知识知晓率均高于对照组(P<0.05);剖宫产率、会阴侧切率均低于对照组(χ^(2)=8.612,P=0.003;χ^(2)=0.857,P=0.049)。结论个体化教育应用于初产妇分娩中有助于提高产妇的分娩应对能力,提高产妇分娩知识知晓率,能改善分娩结局,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of individualized health education on the delivery of primiparas.Methods Ninety-eight primiparas to deliver in 2017 and 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=49)and an observation group(n=49).Both groups received routine nursing,while the observation group was additionally provided with individualized health education.Then the two groups were compared the coping ability,delivery knowledge rate,delivery mode,use of analgesia and episiotomy.Results After the intervention,the score of the coping ability and delivery knowledge rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the rate of cesarean section and episiotomy of the former were significantly lower than the latter(χ^(2)=8.612,P=0.003;χ^(2)=0.857,P=0.049).Conclusion Individualized health education can help to improve the coping ability,delivery knowledge rate and delivery outcome of primiparas.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion and application.
