西南城市生态健康系统动态评价——以昆明和贵阳为例

摘　　要：西南城市目前经济发展处于高速发展中,如何平衡城市生态健康和高速经济发展之间的关系,是一个不可避免的重要问题。根据西南城市特点,以昆明和贵阳为例,从活力、组织结构、恢复力、生态系统服务功能和人群健康状况5个方面选取21个指标,利用熵值法计算指标权重,建立模糊综合评价模型,得到综合评价结果。研究结果表明,2015―2018年的4 a,昆明和贵阳城市生态健康逐年提高,恢复力、生态系统服务功能和人群健康要素水平同步上升;活力因素水平发展趋势不同,昆明整体向好,贵阳呈现病态;组织结构要素均处于临界状态且上升趋势缓慢。分析2个城市的主要限制因素进行了比较评价,为贵阳和昆明城市生态规划提供可靠的背景状况和研究依据。As Southwestern cities are currently undergoing rapid economic development,how to balance the relationship between urban ecological health and rapid economic development is an inevitable and important issue.Based on the characteristics of southwestern cities,this paper takes Kunming and Guiyang as examples.It selects 21 indicators from five aspects:vitality,organizational structure,resilience,ecosystem service functions,and population health.The entropy method is used to calculate indicator weights and establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Model,get the comprehensive evaluation result.The research results show that the urban ecological health of Kunming and Guiyang has improved year by year from 2015 to 2018,and the level of resilience,ecosystem service functions and population health factors have risen simultaneously;the development trend of the level of vitality factors is different,Kunming as a whole is improving,and Guiyang is showing a morbid state;The organizational structure elements are in a critical state and the upward trend is slow.Analyze the main limiting factors of the two cities and conduct a comparative evaluation to provide a reliable background and research basis for the urban ecological planning of Guiyang and Kunming.
