摘　　要：针对MTBE装置醚化后气体回收体系中流量计堵塞问题进行了分析,分析结果表明流量计堵塞是由于酸腐蚀设备与管线产生大量沉积物导致。根据腐蚀发生的原因,从管理和技术方面提出了诸多解决和改进措施,从而有效地减缓了装置腐蚀,并确保产品质量和装置的安全稳定运行。Clogging in gas flowmeters along the etherized gas recycling system of MTBE unit was analyzed.The analysis shows that acidic corrosion on equipment and deposits in pipelines lead to the clogging.According to the reasons for corrosion,solutions and improvements from aspects of management and technology were presented to mitigate the corrosion on the unit to ensure the product qualities and guarantee the unit running under the condition of safety and stability.
