摘  要:评价了高密度聚乙烯树脂拉伸屈服应力的测量不确定度,拉伸试样为注塑试样制备的1A型试样。针对材料的特性采用试验法对状态调节时间、环境温度、环境湿度、试样厚度波动等B类不确定度分量进行了评价,其中状态调节时间不小于50h时测试结果无显著差异。试样厚度波动的不确定度分量最大为0.23MPa,试样宽度测量的分量为0.19MPa,略高于环境温度分量,结果表明高密度聚乙烯树脂的试样制备对拉伸屈服应力的测试结果影响很大。评价结果为该材料的拉伸屈服应力的测量不确定度为U(σ_(y))=24.8MPa±0.8MPa。This work evaluated the measurement uncertainty of tensile yield stress of high density polyvinyl resin,tensile specimen was a 1A based specimen produced by injection moulding.The B type uncertainty components caused by conditioning time,ambient temperature,humidity,specimen thickness fluctuation,etc.were experimentally evaluated according to material characteristics,the measurement results showed no obvious difference when the conditioning time was not less than 50 h.The maximum measurement uncertainty of specimen thickness fluctuation was 0.23 Mpa and the specimen width measurement component,0.19 Mpa,minor higher than the ambient temperature component,the results showed that the sample preparation of high density polyvinyl resin had a significant influence on the tensile yield stress measurements.The evaluation results exhibited that the measurement uncertainty of tensile yield stress of the material U(σ_(y))was 24.8MPa±0.8MPa.
