摘 要:结合燕山乙烯装置老区急冷油系统存在的实际问题,采用流程模拟软件PRO/Ⅱ,研究建立了基于拟真组分的模拟计算模型。通过模拟计算,研究了塔釜取热量和汽油/柴油采出配比对急冷油塔DA-101N塔顶及塔釜温度的影响规律。模拟研究结果表明,原料轻质化后燃料油与柴油的含量发生了改变,还按原采出分配比采出是急冷油塔温度上移的主要原因,通过增大柴油采出量、降低燃料油采出量,或是增设中段取热的方式,可以消除急冷油塔温度上移的问题。Based on the actual problems of quench oil system in the old area of Yanshan ethylene plant,a simulation model based on pseudo component was established by using flow simulation software PRO/II..The influence of the takin heat estraction ratio and the production ratio of gasoline and diesel oil on the temperature of the top and the reactor of the quench oil tower DA-101N is studied through simulation calculation.Simulation results show that,after raw material is an fuel oil and diesel oil content is changed,also according to the original production distribution operation is a major cause of quench oil tower temperature up,by increasing diesel oil recovery,reducing fuel oil recovery,or adding heat taken from the middle way,can eliminate the problem of the quench oil temprerature up.
