摘 要:循环流化床(CFB)锅炉关键部件结构不合理、受热面不足,炉膛截面小,局部膨胀系统设计不合理,容易导致风室漏渣、运行床温和氧量高、炉内受热面磨损严重,分离器效率低,尾部烟道漏风、出力不足,SNCR脱硝系统氨耗量大、运行电耗高等问题。针对某台220t/h^(-1) CFB锅炉风帽、分离器、回料器、受热面、膨胀系统进行了改造。改造后运行结果表明风室无漏渣、受热面磨损速率大幅降低,锅炉连续运行周期由3个月提升至8个月,空气预热器出口运行氧量由9%降低到5.5%,锅炉效率提高1.66%,脱硝氨水耗量下降50%,辅机电耗大幅度下降。本文改造对存在类似问题的CFB锅炉提供了借鉴意义。Unreasonable structure of key parts of circulating fluidized bed boiler,heating surface is insufficient,furnace section size is small,expansion system design is not reasonable,easy to cause the wind chamber leak slag,high oxygen content,high bed temperature,heating surface abrasion,low efficiency of separator,the tail flue air leakage,lack of output,SNCR denitration system ammonia consumption big,the running power consumption is high.In this paper,for a 220t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler,air nozzle,cyclone,loop seal,heating surface,expansion system were reformed.The operation results show that there is no slag leakage in the air chamber,the wear rate of the heating surface is greatly reduced,the continuous operation cycle of the boiler is increased from 3 months to 8 months,the oxygen rate at the air preheater outlet is reduced from 9%to 5.5%,the boiler efficiency is increased by 1.66%,the denitrification and ammonia water consumption is reduced by 50%,and the power consumption of the auxiliary engine is greatly reduced.This paper provides reference for CFB boiler with similar problems.
