摘　　要：气相聚乙烯装置的正常运行受到多方面的制约,粉料发粘极大地危害装置长周期、稳定运行,对反应系统、脱气系统、挤压造粒系统均造成较大的影响。粉料发粘的原因包括原料、催化剂、工艺操作等多方面因素,因此处理粉料发粘的问题应根据具体情况采取不同的措施。The normal operation of the gas-phase polyethylene plant is restricted by many aspects.The sticky powder greatly harms the long-term and stable operation of the plant,which has a greater impact on the reaction system,degassing system,and extrusion granulation system.The reasons for the stickiness of powder include raw materials,catalysts,process operations,etc.Therefore,the problem of sticky powder may be dealt with separately for each reason.
