基于CASST-QRA的原油储罐泄漏事故后果模拟分析

摘　　要：采用CASST-QRA软件对某原油处理厂5万m^(3)原油储罐泄漏引起的池火灾事故后果进行定量分析。通过软件计算得出原油储罐在发生事故时的死亡半径与重伤半径等参数,估算事故波及的范围和严重程度,提出预防原油储罐事故的技术和安全管理建议措施,为更加有效地预防和控制此类事故提供理论基础。In this paper,casst-qra software is used to quantitatively analyze the consequences of pool fire accident caused by leakage of 50000 m^(3) crude oil storage tank in a crude oil processing plant. Through software calculation,the results of death radius and serious injury radius of crude oil tank accident are obtained,the scope and severity of the accident are estimated,and the technical and safety management measures for preventing crude oil tank accident are put forward,so as to provide a theoretical basis for more effective prevention and control of such accidents.
