摘　　要：目前,随着油管、套管特殊螺纹的形式越来越多,这对加工螺纹的效率要求也越来越高。现如今,如何提高特殊螺纹的加工效率,除优化数控程序提高机床自身性能以及定制特殊工装夹具外,最关键的因素是要提高数控刀具的整体耐用度。本文就影响刀具耐用度和如何提高刀具整体耐用度进行讨论和分析。At present,with more and more special thread forms of oil and casing,the efficiency of thread processing is also higher and higher.Nowadays,how to improve the processing efficiency of special thread,in addition to optimizing the numerical control program,improving the performance of machine tools and customizing special fixtures,the most critical factor is to improve the overall durability of numerical control tools.The following will affect the tool life and how to improve the overall tool life are discussed and analyzed.
