摘  要:BMW油田稠油油藏埋藏深,储层薄,平均有效厚度薄,单层厚度小于5m,夹层发育,典型特薄层稠油油藏。原油黏度高,常规水驱开发效果差;以含泥质细砂岩、灰质细砂岩和粉砂质细砂岩为主,热采出砂严重。目前已进入多轮次蒸汽吞吐阶段,热采效果大幅下降。针对多轮次吞吐后不具备热采开发潜力,先后在M1200、M3700开展了降粘冷采试验,取得了较好的增油效果。The heavy oil reservoir in BMW oilfield has deep burial depth,thin reservoir,thin average effective thickness,single-layer thickness less than 5m,well-developed interlayer and typical extra thin heavy oil reservoir.The viscosity of crude oil is high and the development effect of conventional water flooding is poor;It is mainly composed of argillaceous fine sandstone,calcareous fine sandstone and silty fine sandstone,with serious sand production by thermal recovery.At present,it has entered the stage of multiple cycles of steam huff and puff,and the thermal recovery effect has decreased significantly.In view of the fact that there is no potential for thermal recovery after multiple cycles of huff and puff,the experiments of viscosity reduction and cold recovery have been carried out successively in M1200 and m3700,and good oil increase effect has been achieved.
