摘　　要：核电商品级物项转化(commercial grade dedication,CGD)实际是一个品质控制的过程,其工作的原因和目的就是因为在市场上由于买不到核级物项,只能通过一系列的认证将商品级的物项升级为核级。停堆断路器机柜在核电厂执行停堆功能,属于1E级设备,但其执行安全功能的核心部件断路器都为商业级产品。本文主要阐述如何通过一系列认证,将普通商业级断路器作为核级部件应用于核电厂1E级停堆断路器机柜执行停堆功能。Commercial grade dedication(CGD)is actually quality assurance process. The commercial grade device can be used as the nuclear safety device if it has been processed by the CGD method. The reactor trip circuit breaker switchgear is the 1 E class equipment in the nuclear plant. But the circuit breaker(QF),the key part of the reactor trip circuit breaker switchgear,which has safety function,normally is a commercial grade product. This article describes how to transfer the commercial grade QF to a 1 E class QF with a CGD process.
