摘　　要：轮对荧光磁悬液探伤是铁路货车轮轴检修的重要环节,本文分析了导致货车轮对探伤时轴承及附件打火的原因,并提出相应解决方案。对提高轮轴检修质量,消除行车安全隐患,提高经济效率有较大的意义。Wheelset fluorescent magnetic suspension inspection is an important link in the maintenance of railway freight car axles.This article analyzes the causes of bearing and accessories sparking during the inspection of freight car wheelsets,and proposes corresponding solutions.It is of great significance to improve the quality of wheel and axle maintenance,eliminate hidden dangers in driving safety,and improve economic efficiency.
