摘　　要：轻钢结构房屋具有结构自重轻、施工速度快、节能环保等优点,但由于造价和传统居住习惯等原因,目前在国内接受度不高。楼板是轻钢房屋的主要构件,也是影响造价和房屋性能的主要因素。对轻钢房屋中常用的四种典型C型轻钢楼板的从承载、施工以及舒适性等角度进行技术对比,并从用钢量、材料费、人工费等方面进行经济性对比,本文的研究成果为轻钢结构房屋楼板选型提供参考。Light steel structure house has the advantages of light weight,fast construction speed,energy saving and environmental protection.However,due to the cost and traditional living habits,it is not well accepted in China.Floor is the main component of light steel building,and also the main factor affecting the cost and performance of the building.Four typical C-type light steel floors are compared from the aspects of bearing,construction,comfort and other aspects of technical performance,and compared from the steel consumption,material costs,labor costs and other aspects of economic performance,The research results provide a reference for the floor selection of light steel structure buildings.
