摘　　要：以贵州省夹岩水利枢纽及黔西北供水工程的建设管理为例,论述建设单位通过公开招标引进第三方质量检测单位对一些关键部位、关键工序和隐蔽工程开展工程质量检测的的原因及作用,并分析其成效,希望为类似工程的建设管理提供借鉴或参考。Taking the construction management of Jiayan water control project and northwest water supply project in Guizhou Province as an example,this paper discusses the reasons and roles of the construction unit introducing a third-party quality inspection unit through public bidding to carry out engineering quality inspection on some key parts,key processes and concealed works,analyzes the effects,hopes to provide reference for the construction management of similar projects.
