摘　　要：立足中国国情和新时代建设强大国防的需要,借鉴和汲取国外退役军人保险治理的成熟经验,是完善我国退役军人保险治理体制机制的重要进路。本文从美洲、欧洲、亚太地区选取十多个国家,分别从制度模式、管办模式、接续模式三个方面比较考察了各国退役军人保险治理模式,进而从建构多层次退役军人保险制度体系、健全退役军人保险管办体制、优化退役军人保险接续机制三个方面,阐释了国外经验对新时代我国退役军人保险治理的启示。Based on China's national conditions and the needs of building a strong national defense in the new era,it is important to improve the governance mechanism of China's veterans'insurance by fully learning the mature experience of foreign veterans'insurance governance.This paper selects more than ten countries from America,Europe and Asia Pacific region,to compare and examine the governance models of veterans insurance from institutional model,management-operational model and succession model,then further explains the enlightenment of foreign experience for the veterans'insurance governance from aspects of constructing multi-level veterans insurance system,improving the management system of veterans'insurance,and optimizing the succession mechanism of veterans'insurance.
