摘 要:在流态化炼铁的过程中,由于气-固分布不均匀,导致节涌、沟流、气体利用率低、粘结失流等现象,甚至出现死床的状况.本实验建立新型侧搅拌流化床反应器的物理模型,研究了搅拌方式、空气体积流率、搅拌器转速、搅拌器倾斜角度四个因素对流化床内颗粒与气泡运动行为及压强变化规律的影响.结果表明:侧搅拌流化床的气-固流化质量优于垂直搅拌流化床,气泡尺寸显著减小;空气体积流率的增加会使流化床内颗粒运动情况加剧,气泡尺寸增大,压强变化加剧;搅拌桨转速增加可有效地剪切、破碎床内气泡;倾斜角度为45°的侧搅拌流化床内的气-固流化质量最优.In the process of fluidized ironmaking,due to the uneven distribution of gas and solid,phenomena such as slugging,channeling,low gas utilization,and sticking and defluidizing,and even dead beds occur.In this experiment,a physical model of a new type of side-stirred fluidized-bed reactor was established to study the effects of stirring methods,gas volumetric flowrate,stir speed,and agitator inclination angle on the movement behavior of particles and bubbles and the law of pressure change in the fluidized-bed.The results show that the gas-solid fluidization quality of the side-stirred fluidized-bed is better than that of the vertical stirred fluidized-bed,and the bubble size is significantly reduced;the increase of the gas volumetric flowrate will aggravate the particle movement in the fluidized-bed,and the bubble size will increase.The pressure pulsations are intensified;the increase of stir speed can effectively shear and break the bubbles in the bed;the gas-solid fluidization quality in the side-stirred fluidized-bed with an inclination angle of 45°is the best.
