如何理解当代西方发达国家社会内部的社会主义因素

摘　　要：当代西方发达国家社会内部经过一系列发展改革和政策调整,出现了一些社会主义因素的孕育和积累,这既符合马克思和恩格斯关于社会主义新因素能够孕育于资本主义社会内部的判断,也是西方发达国家生产力高度发展、资本主义不断自我调整、工人阶级不断进行斗争和对社会主义国家发展成果不断学习借鉴的结果。该现象的出现虽然并不意味着资本主义社会性质的根本改变,但有助于我们坚定社会主义必然胜利的信心,有助于我们认识这一胜利将是一个艰难曲折的漫长过程,有助于我们认识并处理好与资本主义世界的关系。After a series of development reform and policy adjustment,there are some socialist factors appearing and growing in the contemporary Western developed countries.This is not only in line with Marx and Engels'judgment that the new socialist factors can emerge in the capitalist society,but also an outcome resulting from the high productivity of the Western developed countries,the constant self-adjustment of capitalism,the unwavering struggle of the working class,and efforts to learn from the development achievements of the socialist countries.Although the appearance of this phenomenon does not mean the fundamental change of the nature of the capitalist society,it does help us to firmly believe in the inevitable victory of socialism,realize that this victory will be a long and arduous process,and better understand and deal with the relationship with the capitalist world.
