摘　　要：大连期货大厦位于大连星海广场会展路,总建筑面积12万m2,建筑总高242.8 m。介绍了CO_(2)空气源热泵机组在大连期货大厦生活热水改造工程中的应用。通过项目改造的实施方案介绍了大连期货大厦CO_(2)热泵改造项目系统原理、CO_(2)空气源热泵机组台数的计算确定、CO_(2)空气源热泵年运行费用的计算并进行了经济性分析。CO_(2)比其他工质具有独特优点,CO_(2)热泵机组的寿命长、安全稳定可靠、维修量极低。经过实际运行后,取得了很好的节能效果,经济效果理想,业主满意。Dalian futures building is located in Dalian Xinghai Square Exhibition Road,with a total construction area of 120000 square meters and a total height of 242.8 meters.The application of carbon dioxide air source heat pump unit in the domestic hot water reconstruction project of Dalian Futures Building is expounded,as well as the system principle of CO_(2) heat pump transformation project,the calculation and determination of the number of CO_(2)air source heat pump units,the calculation and economic analysis of the annual operation cost of CO_(2) air source heat pump.Compared with other refrigerants,CO_(2) has unique advantages,such as long service life,safety,stability and reliability,and low maintenance.After the actual operation,it has achieved good energy-saving effect,economic effect is ideal,and the owner is satisfied.
