摘 要:为有效引导未来光伏利用与城市建设的协调发展,提升城市整体光伏潜力,提出了一种以光伏置换率、光伏利用率及供电稳定性为评价指标的光伏潜力评价方法。以呼和浩特市为例,对其城市中心城区范围内不同地块进行光伏装机后所呈现出的用电特性变化进行模拟,并结合光伏电力消纳时序性及光伏发展阶段性等现实问题,就城市规划对光伏电力利用所产生的影响进行分析。结果表明,城市空间布局及容积率等规划指标的适度调整对于提升光伏电力的整体优化利用具有重要意义,而未来城市规划工作也有必要将光伏发电作为一项重要的规划要素纳入考虑范畴以促进城镇化进程的可持续发展。To promote the harmonious development between photovoltaic(PV)utilization and urban construction,improve the overall urban photovoltaic potential,this study introduced a photovoltaic potential evaluation method which has contained the indicators of PV Energy Substitution Rate,PV Utilization Ration and PV Utilization Stability.Then according to which,the electricity consumption characteristics changes after photovoltaic installation in different plots of central urban area is simulated by taking the city Hohhot as an case study.Combined with the practical problems of PV power consumption timing and current PV development step,the impact of urban planning on PV power utilization is also analyzed.The result shows that a reasonable accommodation of urban planning indexes like urban spatial layout and floor area ratio is of great significance for further improving the entire PV utilization,and moreover,it is also necessary to consider PV power generation as an important planning element into the field of future urban planning,so as to realize a sustainable development of urbanization processing.
