摘　　要：保温装饰一体板是在工厂复合而成的具有保温和装饰功能的建筑外墙用板状制品,由于其单位面积质量相对较大,并且在应用中相对薄抹灰保温系统其连续性较弱,所以在保证粘结的同时,应更多注重锚固性能。目前一体板面板大多使用硅酸钙板,此种面板的锚固形式基本分为蝴蝶件锚固和干字件锚固,为配合使用此种锚固工艺,需要在硅酸钙板面板上预制锚固构造,锚固构造的槽体规格对锚固性能有较大影响,通过对各种锚固构造规格尺寸的对比试验得出其对锚固性能的影响关系,同时对蝴蝶件和干字件两种锚固形式的锚固性能进行比较和分析,有助于更深入地认识保温装饰一体板及系统,也为此类产品技术升级提供技术支撑。Insulated decorative panel is a kind of board-shaped industrial products with thermal insulation and decoration functions.One of insulated decorative panel’s characteristic is larger mass per unit area.External thermal insulation systems based on insulated decorative panel has poor structure integrity.In order to get a better structure,we should focus more on anchorage performance beside mortar adhesive strength.So far most of the insulated-decorative panel use calcium silicate boards as surface with two basic anchorage structures,including butterfly member anchor and I-shape member anchor,demanding prefabricate anchorage structure on calcium silicate boards surface.And the specification of the anchorage structure has greater impact to anchorage performance.Specifications of anchorage structures are compared and tested to identify their performance.The anchorage performance of butterfly member and I-shape member are analyzed through experiments,contributing to a deeper understanding of the thermal insulation and decoration integrated board and construction,and providing support for the technical upgrade of such products.
