摘 要:提升农村学校教室冬季室内热环境,对农村学校进行清洁取暖改造是西安市清洁取暖试点城市建设的一项重要工作内容。为明确西安农村学校采暖现状及存在的问题,对西安市7个远郊区县93所农村学校建筑的围护结构及采暖现状进行了预调研,并根据预调研结果选择鄠邑区一代表性中学教室,进行热环境参数现场实测及热舒适问卷调研,评价整体热环境。利用Airpak模拟软件对室内热环境分布进行准确模拟,评价局部热环境。综合整体及局部热环境评价结果,得到西安农村地区采用分体式空调采暖的教室热环境不合格,存在教室温度较低、垂直温差过高、室内温度分布不均匀等问题,并对其原因进行分析,为制定后续改造技术方案提供理论基础及指导建议。Renovating rural schools for clean heating and improving the indoor thermal environment of rural school classrooms in winter is an important part of the construction of a clean heating pilot city in Xi’an.In order to clarify the current heating status and existing problems of rural schools in Xi’an,a pre-investigation was conducted on the envelope structure and heating status of 93 rural school buildings in 7 suburban counties in Xi’an,and a representative middle school in Huyi District was selected based on the pre-investigation results.In the classroom,conduct field measurement of thermal environment parameters and thermal comfort questionnaire survey to evaluate the overall thermal and humid environment.Then Airpak is utilized to accurately simulate the indoor thermal environment distribution and evaluate the local thermal and humid environment.Based on the overall and local thermal environment evaluation results,it is found that classrooms using split-type air-conditioning heating in rural areas of Xi’an are unqualified,and there are problems such as low classroom temperature,high vertical temperature difference,and uneven indoor temperature distribution.It also analyzes the reasons and provides theoretical basis and guidance suggestions for formulating follow-up retrofitting technical plans.
