摘  要:为探索凹凸棒土对姬松茸(Agaricus blazei)生长发育及子实体中重金属砷(As)、汞(Hg)、镉(Cd)的影响,设置了4个试验梯度,分别对姬松茸的基质料与覆盖土进行处理,研究姬松茸生长发育特性和子实体中重金属(As、Hg、Cd)含量情况。结果表明,凹凸棒土对姬松茸菌丝的萌发、生长速度、原基的形成以及产量的提高具有显著的影响,且子实体粗壮、品相较优;凹凸棒土处理对砷(As)元素含量的降低有显著作用,对汞(Hg)和镉(Cd)元素含量的影响不显著。In order to explore the influence on immobilization of heavy metals(As, Hg, Cd) and growth of Agaricus blazei from attapulgite clay. The substrate and soil used to cultivate the A. blazei was mixed attapulgite clay and set in four different gradient for determination the growing vigour of mycelium, agriculture character and the heavy metal content of A. blazei to study the influence on production and quality of A. blazei. The experimental results showed that attapulgite clay had significant effects on the mycelial germination, growth rate, primordium formation and yield, the fruiting body were thick and strong, the quality was comparatively superior. Attapulgite clay had significant effects on the reduction of As content, but had no significant effect on Hg and Cd content.
