摘　　要：随着生活水平的提高,大众对于嗓音的要求也随之提升,进而为嗓音医学的相关从业人员提出了更高的要求。但是目前在嗓音医学的范畴以及嗓音疾病、嗓音障碍分类等问题方面,仍存在一定程度的混乱,也为临床工作带来了困难。针对目前这种情况,对嗓音医学的范畴进行了界定,并在以往嗓音障碍分类基础上,根据对嗓音疾病的理解,提出了嗓音疾病的分类,并列举了国内外嗓音医学相关团体及其在相关领域中发挥的重要作用。文中的一些概念和理念有利于今后嗓音界规范化诊疗和分类。With the improvement in living standards,the demand for voice has also increased.This sets higher requirements for voice science practitioners.However,at present,there is still a certain degree of confusion in the definition of voice science and the classification of voice disorders,which also leads to difficulties in clinical practice.In view of this situation,we define the category of voice science in this study.In addition,the classification of voice diseases is proposed,based on the previous classification of voice disorders and our understanding of voice diseases.Further,this paper lists the important roles played by academic societies related to voice science.We hope that some of the concepts in this paper will be beneficial for the standardization of the diagnosis,treatment,and classification of voice disorders in the future.
