宫腔镜在声门暴露困难喉部手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔镜在声门暴露困难手术中的应用,并与显微镜比较视野。方法通过Yamamoto分级法,筛选出45例声带病变暴露困难患者,术中分别使用宫腔镜和显微镜采集视野图像并做对比,其中38例应用宫腔镜进行手术。结果38例应用宫腔镜手术的患者治愈率为100%,且宫腔镜比显微镜视野更有优势。结论在声门暴露困难时,宫腔镜可作为视野辅助工具,且相较于显微镜更有优势。Objective To investigate the usefulness of hysteroscopy during surgery for difficult laryngeal exposure and compare its visual field with that of microscopy.Methods Based on the Yamamoto grading method,45 patients with difficult laryngeal exposure were selected.The visual field images were obtained using hysteroscopy and microscopy during the surgery.The niduses of 38 patients were removed using hysteroscopy during the surgery.Results Thirty-eight patients were successfully treated with hysteroscopy guidance.Hysteroscopy has more advantages related to the operating visual field than microscopy.Conclusion Hysteroscopy can be used forvisual guidance during interventions for difficult laryngeal exposure,and it has more advantages related to the operating visual field than microscopy.
