摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市基础设施建设正在逐步完善。城市照明作为当前城市基础设施建设中非常重要的一部分,对于提升城市居民生活品质、优化夜间出行环境有很大的积极作用。城市照明设施管理作为城市照明的基础工作,各级政府部门在公共服务建设中投入了大量资金来支持相应的工作,但实际成效因项目绩效管理环节的不健全而大打折扣。如何利用有限的财政资金达到城市照明设施管理成效的最大化,是我们需要认真思考的问题。论文针对在优化项目绩效管理方面如何做好城市照明设施的管理工作进行深入探究。With the acceleration of China's urbanization process,the construction of urban infrastructure is gradually improved.As a very important part of the current urban infrastructure construction,urban lighting plays a very positive role in improving the quality of life of urban residents and optimizing the nighttime travel environment.Urban lighting facility management is the basic work of urban lighting.Government departments at all levels have invested a lot of money in public service construction to support the corresponding work,but the actual effect is greatly reduced due to the unsound project performance management link.How to use the limited financial funds to achieve the maximum effect of urban lighting facilities management is a problem that we need to seriously consider.This paper focuses on how to do a good job in the management work of urban lighting facilities in the aspect of optimizing project performance management.
