发挥党组织作用,促进和谐企业建设关键思路分析

摘　　要：随着社会经济的蓬勃发展,企业建设迎来了全新的挑战。如何发挥党组织作用,促进和谐企业建设的进步与发展,成为当前企业急需攻克的难题。论文通过对当前不利于企业和谐的因素进行分析,提出了几点策略思路,如建立和谐的干群关系、建立和谐民主的管理制度、构建和谐的企业文化思想等,以期为发挥党组织作用以促进和谐企业建设提供关键思路,从而推动企业的可持续发展。With the vigorous development of society and economy,enterprise construction has ushered in a new challenge.How to play the role of the Party organization to promote the progress and development of harmonious enterprise construction has become an urgent problem for the enterprise to overcome.Through the analysis of the current factors that are not conducive to enterprise harmony,this paper puts forward some strategies and ideas,such as the establishment of a harmonious relationship between the cadres and the masses,the establishment of a harmonious and democratic management system,the construction of a harmonious enterprise culture and concept and so on,so as to provide key ideas for playing the role of Party organization to promote the harmonious enterprise construction,thereby promoting the sustainable development of the enterprise.
