基于高质量发展背景下的民用运输机场建设项目管理特点探究

摘　　要：民用运输机场(以下简称“机场”)建设项目通常是国家、各省市的重大建设项目,与一般建设工程相比无论从影响力、建设要求、工程时限和质量上,都有一定的区别,对项目法人单位的管理也不断提出更新、更高、更严的标准。论文结合国家发展战略对机场规划建设相关要求,针对未来机场建设管理特点难点问题进行初步研究,并提出几点对策建议,从而保障机场建设项目高质高效推进,积极服务国家战略,建设人民满意机场。Civil transport airport(hereinafter referred to as"airport")construction projects are usually major construction projects of the country,provinces and cities.Compared with general construction projects,there are certain differences in terms of influence,construction requirements,project time limit and quality.The management of project legal entities has also continuously proposed newer,higher and stricter standards.This paper combines the requirements of the national development strategy for airport planning and construction,conducts preliminary research on the characteristics and difficulties of future airport construction management,and proposes several countermeasures to ensure the high quality and efficient advancement of airport construction projects,actively serve the national strategy,and build an airport that satisfies the people.
