摘　　要：由于贵州地处云贵高原交通不便,贵州的经济水平始终在全国处于最低层。从西部大开发以来,贵州的基础设施、交通条件得到了极大的改善,经济不断增长,国家也越来越重视贵州的战略发展。贵阳素有“林城”之称,是中国重要的生态休闲度假旅游城市,且贵安新区地处贵阳市与安顺市结合部,不但生态环境优美、交通便利,还是中国第八个国家级新区,具有重要的战略发展意义。Because Guizhou is located in the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau,the traffic is inconvenient,the economic level of Guizhou has always been at the lowest level in the country.Since the Great Western Development,Guizhou's infrastructure and traffic conditions have been greatly improved,and its economy continues to grow.The state is also paying more and more attention to Guizhou's strategic development.Guiyang,known as the"Forest City",is an important ecological leisure and tourism city in China.Gui'an New Area is located at the junction of Guiyang City and Anshun City.It not only has a beautiful ecological environment and convenient transportation,but also is the eighth state-level new area in China,which has important strategic significance for development.
