摘　　要：一直以来,在我国工程造价咨询企业中,往往对专业技术给予了高度关注,但在管理方面还未能够与相应的法律法规相结合,多数企业在未来发展规划方面不够关注,或者在顶层设计方面未能准确定位,致使发展方向也不够清晰,全过程工程咨询则提出了新的方向。论文分析了工程造价咨询企业发展存在的问题,提出了工程造价咨询企业发展全过程工程咨询的策略。For a long time,in China's engineering cost consulting enterprises,they often pay great attention to professional technology.However,in terms of management,they have not been able to combine with the corresponding laws and regulations,and most enterprises have not paid enough attention to future development planning,or have failed to accurately locate the top-level design,resulting in unclear development direction.The whole process of engineering consulting has put forward a new direction.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of engineering cost consulting enterprises,and puts forward the strategies of developing whole process engineering consultation in engineering cost consulting enterprises.
