摘　　要：随着“三供一业”政策的出台,后勤保障出现多样化的用工形式,其内保工作也面临着新的问题和挑战。在当前新形势下,后勤保障如何为单位做好内保工作成为当前的要务。论文从后勤保障工作的基本内容出发,阐述了后勤保障工作的意义,并对当前后勤保障单位内保工作存在的问题进行了剖析,就此提出了一些解决的途径。With the introduction of the policy of"three supplies and one industry",logistics support has diversified employment forms,and its internal security work is also facing new problems and challenges.Under the current new situation,it is an important task for logistics support to do a good job of internal security for the unit.Starting from the basic contents of logistics support work,this paper expounds the significance of logistics support work,analyzes the problems existing in the internal security work of logistics support units at present,and puts forward some solutions.
