摘  要:近年来,光控取向已成为主流的液晶取向技术。液晶光阀可以根据外界的调制信号,如电信号或光信号的变化,使液晶分子获得特定的排列分布,实现对入射光波的强度、偏振、位相和波前等控制,从而达到对光束的多功能调控。基于光控取向原理的光调制,设计出一种TFT-TNLCD写入单元和偶氮染料SD1取向转印读出单元组合的液晶光阀系统,并成功实现了对液晶光阀读出单元的高对比度强度调制。利用液晶分层理论分析并制备了液晶光阀系统中的读写单元,对实验的应用化具有指导意义。In recent years,photoalignment technology has become a dominant alignment technique in liquid crystal fields.Liquid crystal light valve can obtain a specific arrangement distribution of liquid crystal molecules according to changes of external modulation signals,such as electrical signals or optical signals,thereby control of intensity,polarization,phase and wave-front of the incident light,and achieving multi-functional control of the light were realized.Based on the principle of photoalignment technology,a liquid crystal light valve system combining TFT-TNLCD writing unit and azo-dye SD1 orientation transfer readout unit was designed;and the high contrast light intensity modulation of liquid crystal light valve readout unit was successfully realized.The liquid crystal stratification theory was used to analyze and prepare the read/write unit in the liquid crystal light valve system,which has guiding significance for this experiment.
