摘 要:随着中国军用和民用的车辆工业的飞速发展,国内老式的陆行车质心测量技术无论是从测量原理还是测量设备都逐渐落后。现设计一种采用平行四边形机构的新型陆行车质心测量机,根据空间力矩平衡建立一种质心测量公式。以设计指标和实际使用为出发点设计陆行车质心测量机的具体尺寸,采用CATIA三维软件进行建模,并通过NX Nastran的高级仿真对机器的部分机构进行分析。对载物平台进行静力学分析,校验其强度和形变程度。对平行四边形机构的连杆进行静力学分析和特征值屈曲分析,研究连杆的强度和稳定性。With the rapid development of China’s military and civilian vehicle industries,the outdated mass center measurement technology of land vehicles has gradually fallen behind in terms of measurement principles and measurement equipment.Now a new kind of land vehicle mass center measuring machine is designed by using parallelogram mechanism;and a mass center measurement formulaisestablished based on space moment balance.The specific dimensions of the vehicle’s mass center of mass measurement machine isdesignedbased on the design indicators and actual use.The machine ismodeledwith Catia;and some mechanismsis analyzed through advanced simulation of NX Nastran.Static analysis on the loading platformisperformed to verify its strength and degree of deformation.Static analysis and eigenvalue buckling analysis are performed on the connecting rod of the parallelogram mechanism to study the strength and stability of the connecting rod.
