摘  要:锂离子电池正极材料的研究主要有过渡金属氧化物、聚阴离子型化合物等材料。其中正极材料LiFePO_(4)虽然有了一定的研究和应用,具有一定的电化学性能,但其在放电电压、电导率及放电速率方面还有一定的发展空间,因此,还有必要从制备方法等方面进行一些研究和探索。采用水热法、溶剂热法和喷雾法,分别制备了LiFePO_(4)纳米材料,并通过X射线衍射和扫描电镜对样品结构形貌进行了表征,然后以其为正极材料,金属锂片为负极,组装纽扣电池,进行充放电、循环性能、倍率性能以及交流阻抗等电化学性能分析。结果表明,采用溶剂热法制备的样品颗粒分散,大小均一,能够有效提升材料的循环性能。而采用喷雾法制备的样品则具有更高的充放电比容量和充放电效率。The research of cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries mainly includes transition metal oxides and polyanion compounds.Among them,although the cathode material lithium iron phosphate has certain research and application and certain electrochemical performance.However,there is still room for development in terms of discharge voltage,electrical conductivity,and discharge rate.Therefore,it is also necessary to conduct some research and exploration from aspects such as preparation methods.The lithium iron phosphate material is prepared by the hydrothermal method,solvothermal method and spray method respectively.The structure and morphology of the samples are characterized by means of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.Then the button cells are assembled from lithium iron phosphate as cathode materials and lithium metal plates as anode materials,and the electrochemical performance is analysed.The results show the solvothermal method effectively improved the cycle performance of materials by making the particles evenly dispersed and uniform in size,while the materials prepared by spray method have higher charge-discharge capacity and charge-discharge efficiency.
