摘 要:由于普通层次分析法专业评估系统的不稳定性,使得系统评估误差较大,评估准确率不高,这会导致专业评估系统很难达到理想的评估效果。因此,提出基于模糊层次分析法的模糊综合评价算法,对参与评估因素的权重变化进行研究,可以很好地解决评估系统评估准确率低的问题。分别通过普通AHP算法和FAHP算法优化后的专业评估系统对权重变化情况进行研究,对权重变化进行仿真分析。仿真结果显示,基于FAHP算法优化后的专业评估系统相比较于AHP算法,误差控制在0.2以内,评估准确率提高31.2%,符合专业评估系统的设计要求。最后借助某省某高校专业评估系统工程进行应用分析,以期为全省所有高校专业评估工程应用提供参考。The instability of the discipline evaluation system based on AHP leads to error during the evaluation and low accuracy of the results,which hampers the effect of the system.In this paper,a fuzzy hybrid evaluation method based on Fuzzy AHP is proposed.By analyzing the differences of the weights of the evaluation criteria,the problem of low accuracy in the traditional evaluation system is solved by the proposed method.The criteria weights derived from AHP-based with those from Fuzzy AHP-based evaluation system and their simulation differences are compared.The simulation results show that the error has been within 0.2 in the Fuzzy AHP-based evaluation system and the accuracy has been improved by 31.2%,which conforms to the design requirement of a discipline evaluation system.The proposed method is applied in the discipline evaluation project of a university in a province,aiming to assist all the universities of this province.
