摘  要:研究了试验环境和试验时间对泡沫塑料性能的影响。通过开展三种泡沫塑料的大气老化试验,采用外观检查和压缩应力测定获得周期的性能数据,并对试验数据进行方差分析,研究试验环境对不同材料在各个时间下的影响情况。结果显示,泡沫塑料经三年试验外观未出现明显变化,压缩应力存在显著差异。泡沫塑料的压缩应力保留率同老化时间更符合指数函数分布规律,可以利用这种数学模型预测泡沫塑料的寿命。The influence of test environment and test time on the properties of foam plastics was studied.The atmospheric aging tests of three kinds of foamed plastics were carried out.Periodic performance data were obtained through visual inspection and compressive stress measurement,and the variance analysis of test data was carried out to study the influence of test environment on different materials at different times.The appearances of foam plastics have not changed significantly after testing for three years,and there are significant differences in compressive stress.The compression stress retention rate of foam plastics is more consistent with the exponential function distribution with aging time.This mathematical model can be used to predict its life.
