摘 要:为了探讨两种PTFE缝纫线缝制的滤料除尘效果,对两种缝纫线缝制的三种滤料的过滤性能进行测试。结果表明:三种滤料的除尘效果均随颗粒的粒径增大而增加;对于相同粒径颗粒的过滤,采用PTFE复合缝纫线缝制的滤料的除尘效果明显优于其他两种滤料;而对于2.5μm以内粒径颗粒的过滤,采用PTFE复合缝纫线缝制的滤料的除尘效果增加速率明显快于其他两种滤料;不管对于何种粒径的颗粒,PTFE复合缝纫线缝制的滤料的除尘效果均优于其他两种滤料。In order to explore the dust removal effect of filter materials sewed by two kinds of PTFE sewing threads,the filtration performance of three kinds of filter materials sewed by two kinds of sewing threads was tested.The experimental results indicated that the dust removal effect of the three filter materials increases with the increase of particle size.For the filtration of particles with the same particle size,the dust removal effect of the filter material sewn with PTFE composite sewing thread is obviously better than that of the other two filter materials.However,for the filtration of particles within 2.5μm,the increasing rate of dust removal effect of the filter material sewn with PTFE composite sewing thread is obviously faster than that of the other two filter materials.No matter what particle size,the filter material sewn with PTFE composite sewing thread has better dust removal effect than the other two filter materials.
