管道清管器用聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备

摘  要:以水作为绿色环保发泡剂,BDO为扩链剂,TMP为交联剂,A-11/A-30/T-9为催化剂,采用预聚体法合成了一种聚酯多元醇(POL-56T)、聚醚多元醇(EP330N)与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-80)体系的管道清管器用聚氨酯泡沫塑料。研究了物料温度、模具温度对发泡的影响以及多元醇并用、泡沫稳定剂用量对聚氨酯泡沫制品的影响。结果表明:当物料温度和模具温度分别控制在50~55℃、45~50℃时,整体发泡较好;POL-56T/EP330N配合体系整体较POL-56T/EP303N体系好,当控制POL-56T/EP330N的配比在80/20时,泡沫制品密度、拉伸强度以及泡沫回弹性都较好;当泡沫稳定剂用量控制在1.5~2 pbw时,泡沫制品的泡孔结构好、开孔率高,利于泡沫制品的整体性能。Using water as a green foaming agent,BDO as a chain extender,TMP as a crosslinking agent,and A-11/A-30/T-9 as a catalyst,the polyurethane foam of polyester polyol(POL-56 T),polyether polyol(EP330 N)and toluene diisocyanate(TDI-80)systems for pipeline pigs was synthesized by the prepolymer method.The influence of material temperature and mold temperature on foaming was studied,as well as the influence of polyol compounds and foam stabilizer dosage on polyurethane foam products was researched.The results show that when the material temperature and mold temperature are respectively controlled at 50~55℃and45-50℃,the overall foaming is better.The POL-56 T/EP330 N system is better than the POL-56 T/EP303 N system in general.When the ratio of POL-56 T/EP330 N is 80/20,the foam product has better apparent density,tensile strength and foam resilience.When the amount of foam stabilizer is controlled at 1.5~2 pbw,the foam product has a good cell structure and opening percent,which is conducive to the overall performance of the foam product.
