摘  要:研究不同种类高酸值树脂对干混消光粉末涂层光泽、流平以及细腻度的影响规律,通过改变高酸树脂合成中单体的种类、数量以及活性,合成不同种类的高酸值聚酯树脂。采用差式扫描量热仪(DSC)测试其玻璃化转变温度(T_(g)),并将合成的聚酯树脂与固化剂、颜填料和助剂制备成90/10异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC)固化型快组份粉末涂料,采用DSC确定其粉末T_(g)和固化峰值温度(Peak),考察它们的储存稳定性;并将不同类型的快组份粉末与同一种慢组份粉末涂料以质量份50:50干混固化,并测试粉末涂层的消光光泽、流平、耐温、水煮和耐候等性能。The influence of different kinds of high acid value resins on gloss,leveling and fineness of dry mixed matte powder paint were studied.Different kinds of high acid value polyester resins are synthesized by controlling the type,quantity of monomer and activity in resin synthesis.The glass transition temperature(T_(g))of polyester resins were measured by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The 90/10 triglycidyl isocyanurate(TGIC)cured fast component powder coatings were prepared by high acid value resins,curing agent,pigments and additive agent.The T_(g) and peak curing temperature(peak)of the powder coatings were analyzed by DSC to investigate their storage stability.Different types of fast components and the same slow component powder coatings were dry mixed with 50:50 mass fraction to test the matting,leveling,temperature resistance,boiling and weather resistance of the powder coatings.
