摘  要:先以三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)和3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(WD-50)制得超支化聚丙烯酸酯(VHBP),再以VHBP与氧化石墨烯(GO)反应得到功能化氧化石墨烯GO-VHBP。利用FTIR、Raman、TEM和XRD对GOVHBP进行了表征。结果表明,VHBP成功接枝到GO表面,VHBP增加了GO的无序度和层间距。然后利用GOVHBP与三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸脂(TMPTA)、三羟甲基丙烷三(3-巯基丙酸酯)(TMPMP)通过硫醇-烯烃点击反应制备新型纳米复合材料GO-VHBP/TMPTA/TMPMP,GO-VHBP的加入提高了复合材料的硬度、冲击性能和耐磨性能。The vinyl-terminated hyperbranched polymer was synthesized with trimethylolpropane triacrylate(TMPTA)and(3-Aminopropyl)triethoxysilane(WD-50),and then the functionalized graphene oxide(GO-VHBP)were preparaed.The GO-VHBP were characterized by using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR),Raman Spectra(Raman),Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the VHBP were grafted with GO,and the disorder and distance between functionalized graphene sheets increased.Then the UV cured nanocomposites GO-VHBP/TMPTA/TMPMP were preparaed through thiol-ene click reaction.The hardness,flexibility,impact resistance and wear resistance of nanocomposites were increased with the addition of GO-VHBP.
