摘  要:考察了CS-G1催化剂的组成、粒子形态、催化丙烯聚合的性能,并与同类型进口的CDi催化剂进行对比。结果表明:CS-G1催化剂钛含量高,粒径分布窄,具有良好的类球型形态;与CDi催化剂相比,CS-G1催化剂应用于Innovene气相法聚丙烯工业催化丙烯聚合活性和氢调敏感性降低,但制备的聚丙烯粉料颗粒形态好,细粉含量低,有利于气相丙烯聚合装置的长周期稳定运行;CS-G1催化剂在Innovene气相法聚丙烯装置生产的S2040产品表现出较高的立体定向性,性能指标符合低灰分、高等规度和较窄分子量分布的高流动性的产品要求。In this paper,the composition,particle morphology,catalytic performance for propylene polymerization was characterized,and compared with the same type imported CDi catalyst.The results show that the CS-G1 catalyst has high Ti content,a narrow particle size distribution and a good spherical morphology.Although the activity and hydrogen sensitivity of CS-G1 catalyst were slightly less than CDi catalyst,the polypropylene obtained has a good particle morphology and low fine powder content,which contributes to the long-time operating period of the plant.In addition,the S2040 product produced in Innovene gas phase polypropylene plant using CS-G1 catalyst showed high stereospecificity and its performance meet the product requirements of low ash content,high isotacticity,narrow molecular weight distribution and high fluxility.
