摘 要:以不同供应商提供的离心浇铸尼龙为试验对象,系统研究了尼龙材料在不同测试条件下的摩擦磨损性能。正交试验结果表明,对滑块材料磨损性能影响显著的因素依次为:温度>润滑条件>法向载荷>转速。由于测试因素可能存在相互作用,无法通过正交试验研究滑块材料的摩擦性能。通过单因素变量法对滑块的摩擦性能进行了试验研究及分析,发现运动方式对于尼龙材料的摩擦磨损性能影响显著,不同运动方式下摩擦磨损数据缺乏对比性。测试时间的延长和相对运动速度的增加,会造成尼龙材料摩擦系数的增加。温度对摩擦系数的影响较小,法向载荷对摩擦系数的影响呈现先增加后降低趋势。This paper present an extensive investigation of monomer cast nylon(MC nylon)friction and wear behavior.It was shown that many factors has much influence on the material’s wear performance,the ranking of factors is temperature>lubrication>loads>rotational speed.It was found that the friction properties studied by the orthogonal test were illogical,which may be due to various test factors’interaction.Through single-factor variable analysis,the friction properties of nylon between stainless steel was further studied.It was found the friction coefficient of nylon between stainless steel was varied when the motive mode was changed from rotary motion to oscillating motion.It was also found that the friction coefficient of nylon increased with the test time prolong and the relative velocity increased.The test results also showed that the friction coefficient of nylon increased with the increase of load at first,then decreased,and test temperature had little effection on the friction coefficient.
