摘  要:针对园林植物种植过程中土壤存在的有害气体,结合传统的粘胶纤维,提出以天然矿物质硅藻土为改性剂,以粘胶纤维和纯棉线混纺为原料,采用湿法纺织工艺制备一种可吸附土壤中有害气体的植物吸附层。试验结果表明,通过硅藻土改性后的粘胶纤维截面外缘轮廓清晰,锯齿状明显;在植物吸附层内部和表面都附着硅藻土;对比普通粘胶纤维,在常温干态和湿态情况下,吸附层的断裂强度和断裂伸长率较小,也就是说硅藻土对粘胶纤维的力学性能有所影响;通过模拟土壤有害气体吸附试验,得到硅藻土改性后植物吸附层对甲醛和氨气的吸附率可达到90%以上,远高于传统的粘胶纤维的吸附能力。In view of the harmful gases that may exist in the soil in the process of planting garden plants,combined with the traditional viscose fiber,a kind of plant adsorption layer which can adsorb harmful gases in the soil was prepared by wet spinning process with natural mineral diatomite as modifier and viscose fiber and pure cotton yarn as raw materials.The experimental results show that the cross-section of viscose fiber modified by diatomite has clear outline and obvious serration;diatomite is attached to both inside and surface of plant adsorption layer;the breaking strength and elongation at break of adsorption layer are lower than that of ordinary viscose fiber under dry and wet conditions at room temperature,which indicates that diatomite has an effect on the mechanical properties of viscose fiber.In the experiment of harmful gas adsorption,the adsorption rate of formaldehyde and ammonia on the modified plant adsorption layer can reach more than 90%,which is much higher than that of traditional viscose fiber.
