摘  要:由熔融盐与石墨制备了建筑节能用复合相变蓄热材料,并以电子显微镜进行了性能测试分析。结果表明,基于石墨为添加剂,可显著提升复合相变蓄热材料传热效率;石墨可强化相变蓄热材料导热性能,但由于膨胀石墨与相变蓄热材料以物理形式充分混合,所以膨胀石墨对于材料相变温度所造成的影响非常小,对此在材料制备时,需充分考虑材料相变温度与导热性能,科学合理添加石墨含量,以制备出性能良好的建筑节能用复合相变蓄热材料。A composite phase change heat storage material for building energy saving was prepared from molten salt and graphite,and its properties were tested and analyzed by electron microscope.The results show that the heat transfer efficiency of the composite phase change heat storage material can be significantly improved by using graphite as additive.Graphite can strengthen the phase change heat storage materials thermal conductivity,but as a result of expanded graphite and phase change heat storage material in the form of physical mix,so the expanded graphite for materials caused by the phase change temperature influence is very small,when this material preparation,must fully consider material phase change temperature and the heat conduction performance,scientific and reasonable to add graphite content,with good performance in the preparation of building energy efficiency with composite phase change heat storage material.
